Responsibilities

  • Request and check proof documents
  • Run World Compliance checks
  • Verify client profiles
  • Update client records
  • Perform duties in line with the necessary KYC, AML and Due Diligence controls
  • Deliver support to clients through live chat, email and telephone
  • Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding clients through corrective steps
  • Handle and resolve clients complaints
  • Provide clients with information about Company’s services and products
  • Provide quality support in a wide range of areas, such as system/technical troubleshooting, login/account issues, deposits/withdrawals and overall trading enquiries
  • Assist with the translation of website content if needed
  • Maintain a balance between Company’s policy and client benefit
  • Inform clients about internal regulations and procedures of the Company
  • Follow up on the progress of the response to the client
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements

  • University Degree is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish, verbal and written
  • Computer literacy, very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, fast typing
  • Outgoing behaviour, positive attitude, team spirit, excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, ability to consistently meet deadlines, strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Experience in FX industry, preferably in a Customer Support environment
  • Ability to work in shifts on a rotation basis (00:00-08:00, 08:00-16:00, 16:00-00:00)

Digital Media Buyer




Full-time / Kato Polemidia, Limassol, Cyprus



Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns for mobile and desktop traffic
  • Reach highest number of people with lowest-priced ads as possible
  • Identify target audience for media campaigns and work with Management how best to communicate to that audience
  • Analyze campaign metrics, build and use campaign reports and optimize where needed to improve performance and meet KPI goals
  • Develop relationships and collaborations with media partners
  • Monitor Buying Strategies
  • Client reporting and budget management
  • Research and utilize information from different industry sources
  • Stay apprised of industry standards, new media opportunities and be able to advise on new ways to bring leads

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent hands on knowledge of performance media buying (buying on eCPM/CPM/CPC/CPI/CPA/Flat basis and optimizing towards KPI goals)4
  • Deep knowledge of paid acquisition channels alternative to SEM, SMM, inapp
  • 2+ year media buying experience, in particular with non-conventional traffic channels such as push, native, teaser ads, cloaking, farming, affiliate networks, influencer marketing etc.
  • Technical understanding of conversion tracking, including mobile, UA campaign setup and targeting, experience with mobile attribution platforms is a huge plus
  • Confidence to work with budgets
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced)
  • English proficient (additional languages are considered a bonus)

Customer Support Officer
(Japanese Speaking, Full-time)




Responsibilities

  • Daily routines will include handling client Profile registrations, translations and document checking for clients who wish to open an account with us.
  • Using an inhouse developed back office systems, provide front-line customer support for relevant interaction with clients covering e-mail/ticketing system and chat service.
  • Perform, deliver and contribute to a variety of onboarding procedures as and when required.
  • Working as a shift (JST 09:00/10:00 – 17:00/18:00, CY 09:00/10;00-17:00/18:00) but not limited to.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English to a business level and Native Japanese with proper manner and business customs is a must.
  • Proficiency to use office related software, Microsoft office (word, Excel, outlook etc.)
  • Proficiency to use personal computers (chat software, ticketing system), basic knowledge of HTML etc.
  • Good understanding of foreign exchange, derivatives, margin FX, index & precious metals, Brokerage industry services and trading Platform are strongly preferred.
  • Awareness of Operational Risk & Compliance landscape, as it relates to the industry is preferable.

Working hours and location

  • Monday to Friday: JP time – JST 09:00/10:00 – 17:00/18:00 or CY time – CY 09:00/10:00 – 17:00/18:00 with 1-hour break
  • Ability to work remotely but still covering above time shift.
  • Saturday and Sunday are off

  • Produce articles daily on trading, forex, commodities, oil, metals, equities and market news
  • Compose and edit daily fundamental and technical analysis for social media channels and the company blog
  • Create content for webinars, educational videos and mass emails
  • Increase SEO through keywords
  • Arrange daily translations of content where required
  • Create content for PR releases, interviews and help build off-line collaborations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
